Adding Product Tags

You can add a tag to a product both when you are creating or editing an existing one. 

Adding tags to a new product:
  1. Click Add product in the top right hand corner of the Products are of the Shopify Admin
  2. In the Tags section on the right hand side, you will either type in the tag you want to attach, or if it's one you've used before, you can select it from the list.
  3. Click Save to attach the tag.


You can also add a tag from the full list that of previously used tags by clicking View all tags:
  1. In the Tags section, click View all tags.
  2. Select the tag(s) from the list.
  3. Click Apply changes

To add a tag to an existing product:
  1. Open the product in the Shopify Admin by left clicking on it in the Products section
  2. In the Tags section on the right hand side, you will either type in the tag you want to attach, or if it's one you've used before, you can select it from the list.
  3. Click Save to attach the tag.


You can also add a tag from the full list that of previously used tags by clicking View all tags:
  1. In the Tags section, click View all tags.
  2. Select the tag(s) from the list.
  3. Click Apply changes.
