Pagination Options in the eComm Performance Theme

Our eComm Performance theme has three 'pagination types' to choose from both for your Collection and Search Results pages. These three pages are: 'Page Links,' 'Load More Products Button,' and 'Infinite Scroll.' 

You have the option to change the number of products that are shown on your collection pages. This can be done by adjusting the 'Products per page' setting in the theme editor (Customize >, Collection Page,> Sections > 'Products per page'). This can also be done for the Search Results page (Customize > navigate to your Search Results > Sections > Search > Products per page).

You have the option to show as many products as you would like, just as long as you don't exceed Shopify's limit of products per page, which is 50.

Locating the Pagination Settings

You can choose any of your 'Pagination type' in your theme's settings.

When choosing a pagination type for the collection pages for your products, head into Customize,> Theme Settings > Product Grid > 'Pagination type':


For the Search Results page for your products, head into Customize > Theme Settings > Search > 'Pagination type':

Page Links

'Page Links' is a standard pagination style that includes the number of pages with previous and next arrows:

Load More Products Button

Another pagination type is the 'load more products button.' This type adds a button below your collection, where you click to load more products:
 

Infinite Scroll

The third pagination type is the 'infinite scroll.' This type causes more products to load as you scroll further down the page! This gives you the ability not to click any buttons or go to the next page of products:
